Puffy Pancakes
Preheat oven to 425. Put 4T of butter in casserole dish in preheated oven. While butters melting mix the following:
3 Eggs
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Milk
Dash of Salt
When butter starts to bubble pour batter into hot dish & cook for 20 minutes.
