Chicken Over Biscuits

Chicken Over Biscuits (gravy)

3 cups Chicken Stock
4 tbs Flour
4 tbs Oil
Salt & Pepper

Cook chicken in stock.  Cool chicken then break up into pieces and add back into stock.  Mix oil and flour together and add to stock.  Stir until thick.  (add flour & oil if too thin)

Serve over biscuits.
